Auxium

Auxium is a unique Crystal Belt. New versions of Auxium no longer have 10-20% increased elemental damage with attack skills. They now have 20-25% increased elemental damage with attack skills per power charge. Chill and Freeze is now based on 100% (up from 65%) of Energy Shield (you can update existing versions of Auxium to new values for this mod only with a Divine Orb). Clarified that Freeze Duration (not Effect) is based on Energy Shield. The functionality has not changed.
