Warlord's Mark

Warlord's Mark is a spell that marks a single target with a curse. Hits against the marked target have a chance to have doubled stun duration, grants rage over time, and give life and mana leech to attacks (not spells). The marked target grants an endurance charge when killed. Mark: Only one mark (regardless of source) can be active at all times. Increasing the curse limit will allow you to apply additional hexes on top of a mark, but does not let you apply additional marks on different targets or apply multiple mark on one target.
